Origins

Derek Lyman and Richard Tortora began Dexrex in 2005 while students at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. As avid users of IM and text messaging, they believed these services would become increasingly important. They founded the company one year later to develop the tools to help people save and manage their messages - helping them chat, work, and live a little bit better.

Dexrex now offers industry leading message management and logistics products. We service both consumers and industry partners with value-added services complementing legacy technology. With our finger on the pulse of the industry, Dexrex is driven to provide what its users want and industry needs to keep pace with the continued evolution of communication technologies.
